Merchandise

All sales of merchandise are final. If you believe the merchandise you ordered is defective, please contact us at admin@oregonems.org and send a photo of the defect.

Classes & Conferences

Classes are kept small to allow for proper instructor to student ratio. Last minute cancellations cost the non-profit association money and keep other interested students from attending class. Therefore:

  • If your class is canceled, your payment is fully refundable.
  • If you cancel at least 14 days prior to the first day of class, half of your payment is refundable, or the full payment can be applied to hold another available class slot.
  • If you cancel with less than 14 days before the beginning of your class, for any reason, your payment becomes totally non-refundable.
  • Your class slot may be transferred to another student of your/your department’s choice in the same class if a qualified alternate is available.
